Telus was looking for preferred partners to work with the digital team. They have a large team of developers internally, but were looking for external vendors to help support their roster. In order to be considered we were tasked with creating a fully functioning website for a charity of our choosing. We chose to highlight The Bruce Trail because it aligned well with their corporate responsibilities. In doing so we created an interactive responsive website where users could go to learn about the The Bruce Trail and donate to their cause. Some of the key features of this site included a virtual map that users could report wildlife sightings to in realtime via an app on their smart phone as well as many different ways to donate both time and money. Including a service we coined Bruce Box where the Bruce Trail would provide those that donated with a kit of "Trail Essentials" that would arrive in the mail.
