We were asked to evaluate the current landscape of the brand within it's competitive industry. Our approach brought the client through three very specific customer scenarios and backed it up with with a trans-media user journey. We identify the personality, tone and feel of the brand that highlighted it's friendliness and convenience. The work was distilled down to two main concepts, a modernized refresh of their current brand experience and a fully interactive 24 hour Petro-Canada station experience.
